RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE OF MODEL OR COLOR?

If you need to request a change of model, you can do it for free.

This option is valid only in mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.You can make your change of color or model through the following link:

You can choose the option of home collection or take it personally to your nearest post office.

In both cases, the exchange process consists of two parts. First, we wait to receive the model to be returned in our warehouse, and upon arrival, we automatically generate the order with the new model requested, which you can receive in the following days.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange.

RETURNS

In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract at any time within14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You can request a full refund of the product or store credit for the value of the garment to enjoy it on our website.

To make your return you can request a scheduled pick up or drop it off at your nearest post office. Both processes can be managed through the following link:

In mainland Spain and Balearic Islands, the cost of home collection is 8€, and in case of managing it by going to the nearest post office the cost will be 6€.

You have 14 calendar days from the return request to send us the package. If it is not sent within this period the request for exchange or return will be automatically canceled.

In case of non-delivery of the correct package the costs of all return shipments of the package will be borne by the customer.

In case of refusing or not picking up a package it will be managed as a return with a cost of 6€.

In the rest of the cases the shipment will have to be processed by the customer at paid expenses.

In the case in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international returns, the customer will bear the shipping costs. Any expenses generated by the shipment, both within and outside the European Union (such as handling or customs fees) will be deducted from the total amount to be returned. In case of refusal of shipment, these costs will also be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund of the order. In both cases The Code will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipment, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our premises in perfect condition.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply only to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Please return the item in its original and essential packaging with the product label attached.

No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product or if it has suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the products while they are in your possession. The refund will always be made in the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase.

The rights recognized by the legislation in force remain unaffected.
