Shipping policy


- FREE SHIPPING SPAIN peninsular Spain orders over 30 € 48-72 hours (Monday to Friday from the date of departure from our warehouse)

- STANDARD SHIPPING 3.90€ peninsular SPAIN 48-72 hours (Monday to Friday from the date of departure from our warehouse)

- Peninsula Express 24 hours (orders placed before 14h, delivery Monday to Friday) : 6.5 €

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 - 7 working days 9€

- Balearic Islands: 48-72 h 6€

- Europe Express: 5 - 7 days ( check rates) from 15€


Order preparation and delivery times:

  • Orders will be processed in 1-2 working days.
Note: During promotional periods and holidays (in Madrid, Spain) and especially on dates such as 'Black Friday' (last weekend of November) and Christmas, please note that orders may be delayed.
Shipments 24h, are prepared and shipped with express service, orders placed Monday through Friday before 14h to arrive the next day, the transport company delivers only from Monday to Friday and must take into account national and local holidays within Spain.
Shipments to the Canary Islands 5- 7 working days of transit.
Shipping restrictions: Please make sure that the address and data provided in the shipment are correct. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, nor on non-working days or holidays.
THE CODE PLACE SL has the right to cancel any order it considers irregular, proceeding to refund the amount thereof.
THE CODE PLACE SL is responsible for the package until it leaves our offices. From that moment on, the courier companies are responsible for the package and shipment. For our part, we will facilitate the management of any incident.
If you have placed your order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the error. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
